skythelimit 0 Posted April 7, 2008 Hey there, just wondering, is there any bandsters out there that have had this happen to them, I got banded on the 22 Jan and was going to the Gym 5 days a week lost 10 kg in the first 3 weeks then a week before my first fill I manage to put on 1. kg:angry_smile: but still went hard out at the gym, Notice that I was losing cm's but weight not moving, then over the Easter break I didn't go to the gym for 3 weeks and I have dropped 3kgs What going on here, I'm heading to the gym today too get back into it, Don't get me wrong I think its great, but weird, Is it due to my body having a rest from the gym as I haven't been following the rules,:Dancing_wub: Which I know I should, What I mean by not following the rules, I eat more than 3 meals a day, but they are heaps small, Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Chrisann 0 Posted April 7, 2008 I have no clue. Me, I have been fighting the same 2 pounds since my last fill, but have lost inches in my midsection and waist. I walk just about everyday and go to Pilates once a week. So who really knows how the body is working for us these days...... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
