Hi Bandsters,

I'm Cindy from Frisco, TX. I was banded 3/15/05 by Dr Cribbins at Presby Plano.

Having a grand time in full liquids (yummy yummy) stage.

If anyone has any great suggestions for smoothies or other food please pass them along.

I have been surfing your board and have gotten lots of helpful info.

Welcome Cindy!! Congrats on your band!

For the ticker, just double click on anyones ticker and it takes you to the site. Choose your ticker, then copy the first address (for vbulletins) and paste onto your signature. To paste on your signature, go to User CP, click Edit Signature, put your prompter where you want it and paste...viola! If all of that is a foreign language, go up to the search button at the top of this page, hit ticker or weight ticker and read old posts and see how others have done it. Good Luck!

BTW, in a former life, I lived in Carrollton and went to church in Plano at Fellowship Bible Church North. My brother and his family live in Leonard. Woohoo!
