Fran 1 Posted April 6, 2008 Hi All, I had my TT on March 26th. and feel great. It was not bad at all. My question to you is this: I keep going on the scale and it goes up and down daily. The surgeon said the lab weighed 5 pounds of skin taken off-how come I did not loose that much at least? I am really, really careful about what I eat. Be well. Tamjpjb 1 Posted April 7, 2008 Fran, I had a TT and it took me about 3 months for all the swelling to go down and finally see a difference on the scale. Be patient, it will go down and I'm sure you're gonna LOVE your results!
Jachut 487 Posted April 7, 2008 You'll be full of Fluid from the IV too which weighs a fair bit and your weight will drop as your body gets rid of it.
Ann D 0 Posted April 14, 2008 Yep, I agree with the previous posters, you ahve a lot of Fluid and swelling once that goes down you will see and feel a big difference. I had my TT 6 years ago, due to a panni that hung down after I lost 30 lbs. I ballooned up again but never gained weight in my stomache area just everywhere else. Now with the LB I have had no issues. I'm losing weight and feel great. i wish this was available when I started this weight loss journey. Good Luck to all
