Requesting info on a fill doctor

Hi all,

I'm going to be banded on 4/18 with Dr. Kuri in Mx. Can anyone recommend a good fill doctor in southern NJ that will work with me after my surgery? I'm hearing not many American doctors will touch you if you have it done in MX, and I'm hoping not to have to travel on a 7 hour flight everytime I need a fill. Any info is apprecaited.

Hello! I don't know how far in south Jersey you are. I am by Sandy Hook and I go into NYC to see Dr. Ren. They charge $100/fill. Also, I know that CentraState Hospital in Freehold welcomes patients from those banded elsewhere. They also have a Comprehensive Post-Op program that I am going to join that includes support groups, individual counseling, nutritional counseling and lifestyle coaching for $299 for the year (does not include fills).

Hi Karen. I was banded in Mexico too, had a great experience, and I posted my fill follow-up under "Fill Doctors, NY area fills". Once when I was there, she was seeing someone from Deleware! It's a nurse practitioner, and I know she works with some of the Mexican Dr.'s. Good luck, from KarenB to KarenA! (feel free to PM me)
