May 6th The Day

Hello,

I want to introduce myself. I have a date for Lap Band May 6th... It will be 1 month from being 1 year since I started. Finally, I'm set for surgery and I can't wait. (my long wait was due to my indescission on which surgery I wanted. Started by wanting the Gastric By Pass R-Y-N, but I couldn't rest easy. I suffered through finally making a decission--it was hard.

I'm 64 this month, weigh 215 and 5'2".

Hey Dicev!

So glad to hear you've got a date...you're a May Flower! May 6th was my original band date, but I wound up getting pushed back to May 13th. You should stop by the May 2008 forum and introduce yourself.
