Pamidoodle 0 Posted April 15, 2008 Are you eating and drinking? I will try to drink about 3-4 ounces of gatorade 30 minutes before eating and I will usually eat a few bites and I am done, however my stomach is still growling, I feel full. I just did this for lunch and had about 5 small spoonfuls of my Soup and did not feel like eating anything else. My stomach is growling a little, so I will eat a few more bites when I feel hungry. Mind over matter. I am so used to eating more that my mind is telling me that I am hungry.
Pamidoodle 0 Posted April 15, 2008 Hey, I have a question for those who got banded early last week. Are any of you starting to hurt where the incisions are? Not a bad hurt, almost like a healing hurt. I have been experiencing this for the past day or so and meant to ask about it sooner.
newyorker33 1 Posted April 15, 2008 Anyone hitting the gym yet? I am meeting with my trainer tomorrow and feel fine... no really 100%... but my wife and friends all seam scared that I am going to do something bad to the band if I start playing tennis and golf and working out this soon (banded 4/7). Anyone else working out vigorously yet? I have never been one to take it easy as I have a hyper personality and I need a vent from working 15 hours a day in a job where I want to kill my boss... ok to much info... last worked out 4/6... going crazy... what is everyone else doing? Pamidoodle 0 Posted April 15, 2008 No my stomach is still a little sore so I wont be hitting the gym for a few weeks, at least. My doctor told me to wait like 4-6 weeks before hitting the gym. But do whatever your body is telling you to do. I would wait a little longer just to make sure your incisions heal a little bit more.
