I am about to be banded soon, so I want to stock up and watch for sales. I want to know which Protein Shakes actually taste good, and which nutrition bars taste good. Any advice appreciated. Any online deals for buying them?:)

costco has a good shake called premier 8oz. is 30 g of Protein. easy to go carton.
