ladytuscanny 0 Posted April 3, 2008 I've been so weak since the surgery, I can't even do Water areobics I get dizzy. I tried tai chi, worked up a small sweat and enjoyed the class!! Tomorrow is supposed to be my first fill. I hope so, i'm so hungry and I don't feel any restriction anymore. Here's hoping!!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

CW_Lady 0 Posted April 11, 2008 Tai Chi is great. I studied it for a few years and kinda fell out of it. I want to go back but with going to school at night, I can't seem to take the Tai Chi class. I always loved the workout and going at a pace that suits you.
