Tai Chi tried for 1st time and 1st fill tomorrow

I've been so weak since the surgery, I can't even do Water areobics I get dizzy. I tried tai chi, worked up a small sweat and enjoyed the class!!

Tomorrow is supposed to be my first fill. I hope so, i'm so hungry and I don't feel any restriction anymore.

Here's hoping!!!

I started Pilates 4 weeks ago, one hour a week, and its been great.

I move onto Yoga next Wednesday.

Tai Chi is great. I studied it for a few years and kinda fell out of it. I want to go back but with going to school at night, I can't seem to take the Tai Chi class. I always loved the workout and going at a pace that suits you. Maybe I'll have to find a video so I can get back into it (after my foot heals and I'm allowed to exercise again) until I'm done with my degree.
