Brandy~ 2 Posted April 2, 2008 Ok so I submitted to insurance today... well my surgeon did... The request for preauthorization for LB. So what I am wondering is if you have or had an insurance that says they pay for it like mine does how long did it take them to give you pre auth if you supplied everything required? TulipStar 2 Posted April 3, 2008 I think it is a roll of the dice. A co-worker was approved in 3 weeks. We have the same insurance and mine took 11 weeks. They made me jump through quite a few hoops and there was a lot of back and forth.... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
