Gone4Now 4 Posted April 1, 2008 ARRRGGGGHHHH.....You need a license for a dog, why not a child? I know, that's Brave New World-ish, but whenever I see people abusing kids, it kills me.

georgia girl 35 Posted April 1, 2008 That poor child! It just disgusts me that there are people out there that don't give a freakin flip about their own children. I just can't even imagine such a thing. It just makes me feel sick to my stomach.
juliegeraci 7 Posted April 2, 2008 Apparently this boy was disabled and ate through a feeding tube. While I don't support child abuse, it is a really sad story all around. The Mother apparently said she wasn't capable of handling this child, thus the issues. I think it is very sad all around. Poor little guy.
losingjusme 12 Posted April 2, 2008 if you are unable to care for your child, you need to surrender him or her. its just really so very sad....
Marimaru 7 Posted April 2, 2008 ARRRGGGGHHHH.....You need a license for a dog, why not a child? I know, that's Brave New World-ish, but whenever I see people abusing kids, it kills me. I feel this way too. I just get stuck at the part where we decide who makes the rules and what the lines are...
Wheetsin 714 Posted April 2, 2008 OMFG that's sick. My pudgy lap dog weighs 13 lbs. I can't imagine that 10 lbs on a 4 y/o covers much more than the weight of the bones. (I didn't read the article)
mumof2boys 71 Posted April 2, 2008 My youngest son weighed 10 lbs. 4 oz. at birth. 4 years old????? (Ironically, my 10 pound baby just turned 5 and he only weighs 32 lbs. now). That poor child...it truly makes me sick to think that people are out there having children and not taking care of them where there are wonderful people in this world who would do it for them. Also...some folks aren't so lucky and cannot have children...some things just don't make much sense.
