How are YOU different....

Hello All!!

I was thinking about this and wondering, How are you different, now that you are down a significant amount of weight. I know that after only 25 lbs, I am ALREADY feeling better. food doesn't seem as important to me as It did. This really has me on a bit of a high.

How are yall different? Not just physically, but mentally or personality wise?

I'm happier, more content, more outgoing, more compassionate to others. I'm a lot healthier, less health problems, less prescriptions (and their side effects and costs). I enjoy clothes shopping now - a much wider variety of styles and colors. I look forward to what I'm going to go do, not just what I'm going to go eat. I smile a lot more and notice complete strangers smiling back at me.

Ditto with Marie.

I wear makup now - actually I go no where with out fixing myself up first - Face - hair and clothes. I totally enjoy life now and cannot wait for each new day to experience something new and enjoy...

The major thing that really has people take notice is I wear heels. At 308 that was not an option. I would have broken an ankle or leg or the heel itself. But now I can do that and my feet don't hurt. I also wear makeup and wear more form fitting clothes. My confidence has soared through the roof and I always have a smile on my face now. The band is the best thing that could have ever happened to me!!

I dont mind going out in public now... especially to a restaurant.

And I actually enjoy shopping for clothes.

Hmm..I'm different because,

I'm wearing different style clothes now, I wearing more make-up now, spending more time on my personal appearance every morning. Enjoying going out more, enjoying cooking more , spending more time with my 3 boys doing things I never did pre band, that is the best difference of all. My husband and boys have all reaped the benefits of my 84 lbs gone forever. Even my dogs get to go on more walks now

Everything Marie said and I have a new outlook on life itself. I am truely enjoying life now.
