WOW! impressive list of Vitamins -- do you have super powers once you down all those! Just kidding. Have a great day.

No super powers that I have discovered yet :biggrin2:....but I do think the B complex helps with energy....I've always taken Vit E and I think it helps my skin......

Hi there! I take 2 chewable Vitamins (they're Kroger generic brand) & for Calcium I take 3 Viactiv chocolate chews. I let them sit on the top of my mouth and melt since they're chewy. They're 500 mg of calcium and also contain Vitamins d & k.

Hi all! Found a new Vitamin that I really like! Found them @ the Vitamin Shoppe: Slice of Life-they're gummy vitamins for adults-made by Hero Nutritionals. They were $14.99 for 60 Gummy slices.

I just started taking liquid Source of Life (vitamin) and sublingual B12 complex. I knew i should be taking a Vitamin and just couldn't stomach my chewables in the morning (more a mental thing than a physical thing.)

I saw both of the ones i mentioned above recommend on this site and checked them out and thought i'd give them a try. I can't say i love the taste of the liquid Source of Life, but the sublingual B12 is a breeze. I haven't felt a difference yet, but it's only been 2 days!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
