wow oh wow oh wow

I'm so glad I found this site...I have been putting off going to a 'weight loss seminar' knowing that I 'want' to do the banding but continiously missing the dates of the seminars and continuing to eat more and more food since the holidays and wondering...'what's wrong with me...what is WRONG with me??' As I read on I am recognizing the fear of letting go of the food and how I have dealt with stress, emotions, happy, glad, or sad for most of my life is the biggest roadblock I'll have to overcome.

So tonight with that realization I will walk into that seminar (with the help of a friend) and begin the next journey of my life...it all starts with one step huh?
