Just got back yesterday from Mexico had my Lab Band on the 19th. I am feeling good alot of gas. I am having a hard time with food all around me I keep telling my self it is all worth it!

I was just banded two days ago and boy is it strange not to have a little taste of the food i'm making for my daughter! Even making Pasta and normally I'll taste a piece to see if its al dente... i took it up to my mouth and went "what are you doing!" So, yeah, big adjustment, but one of the reasons i'm on line at 3:30am is because I can't stop thinking about how great i'm going to look getting back into my bikini!!! :wub:

I found it hard at easter dinner the turkey, etc.

I had really small portions of each and it went fine. I stoped before the signs and it turned out good. its got to be a bit of mind over hunger.
