georgia girl 35 Posted March 25, 2008 I am on vacation and I even brought some of this with me to the beach, lol. Hope you all enjoy the recipe!
nip50 2 Posted March 25, 2008 The spinach dip is definitely going on my grocery list. I love the stuff and I already have the canned chicken in my pantry. This will be great to take to work for lunch. My lunch is usually so boring. tuna 2 or 3 times a week or turkey and ham with cheese. Have you tried some of the whole grain crackers like Kashi or wheat things (8 of them are around 8-10 carbs if I remember correctly). I still like a little crunch once in awhile. This spinach/chicken dip would be great on them. Thanks for the idea Georgia Girl.

luluc 6 Posted March 28, 2008 Hubby (also banded) takes the Tostido Queso / Mixes a drained can of Rotele / Shredded chicken & Warms it in the crockpot. This is his wkend staple most of the time - I told him about the creamy spinach and his eye widened . I see this in his future - FAST!!

cori in wa 0 Posted April 1, 2008 Thanks for a great recipe! I tried this today as a celery filling. I put the spinach/chicken salad in a larger tube pastry bag and filled the cleaned celery. So yummy!!
georgia girl 35 Posted April 1, 2008 Thanks for a great recipe! I tried this today as a celery filling. I put the spinach/chicken salad in a larger tube pastry bag and filled the cleaned celery. So yummy!! Great idea! Does celery go down pretty well for you? I have not tried it raw since being banded because it's a little stringy and I wasn't sure how it would go down. I've tried it, but only after de-ribbing it. Then it does fine. Otherwise, I have to cut it up in VERY small pieces or I'm afraid it will cause problems.
