It has been hard for me to loose much weight and I'm out a year now, but finally a all raw diet has come to my rescue. I eat 85% raw and 15% cooked food. I'm, I guess, a vegan!! Who would have thought at my age to change drastically how I'm eating. I have started to loose again and am full all the time. This has been a blessing to me.
