Newbie, Need Help deciding on facility

Has anyone had the lap-band procedure done on Monterrey,Mexcio with Dr. Arturo Rodriguez? I'm trying to decide which facility to use.

Santa Engracia Hospital

Is very Modern and Beautiful, Private rooms, Granite everywhere. It's know as a teaching hospital, constant care, good nurses.

I don't know anything about Dr. Arturo Rodriguez.

I used Dr. Sanchez.
