What kind of excerise is everyone doing?

I do most of my exercise on the Treadmill, I put my laptop on and watch a movie or tv show while I'm walking and the time flys by. What is funny is that I live in Hawaii and the weather is great most of the time...and here I am walking indoors. LOL

I was banded on January 29, 2008. I have lost 35 pounds now. I exercise 3 to 4 times a week. I use the Precor cross trainer for 35 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of either the stationary bike or the rowing machine at our local Wellness Center. Is 35 pounds a good weight loss for this amount of time?:thumbup:
