first week

hi all, got my lap band fitted on the 13th of march 2008 :shades_smile:

still in a bit of pain, but to be expected, things are going well

im on liquids for 4 weeks not got to go back for six weeks this is when i have my first band fill please say hi tell me how u getting on its great to be albe to chat with some one who knows what your going though

Welcome to the forum. Consider locating the group on the forum that was banded the same month as you. Look on the main page fo the forum and scroll down to "support" section. Then look for "2008" and then your month. You'll find lots for people in the same post op period as you are.

There are also lots of other groups by location or by age or by how much weight you have to lose.
