Had my First PB Today

I had another fill yesterday as I wasn't getting any restriction, and Oh boy...

Today I had mashed potatoes and a small piece of baked fish. It took a few minutes before I realized what was happening but there it was big as day. Yes, the slime came up twice(yuk!!!). I made it through the whole thing, slowed my eating and finished my meal. Success at Last!!!

You are a REAL Bandster now! I'm so proud! Don't let that happen again, PBs are normal but to be avoided...as if you would TRY to do this, right? Geez, I can't wait...

I have to laugh because fish got me good Saterday night. It took me an hour to recover, it finally went down. I didn't know you had so much spit, uh, I mean saliva, in your body.
