Okay,

Get up this morning and weigh 1 1/2 lbs more!!:Dancing_wub:. Even went to the gym Wed,Thur and Sat. This sucks. Talk about discouraging! Hope maybe just retaining some Fluid?? My next trip to the dump my scale might be going with me!

You're not alone. I weighed this morning and I am 1 pound up from my ticker weight. TOM visited over the weekend (and still is darn it!!!) so I'm hoping it has to do with that. I just started working out again last week so hopefully all this exercise I am doing will help me. Hopefully I will have some good reports soon, I feel like such a downer lately.

Renewed, that is fabulous!!!!! You are doing so well. I am not, but I am happy. I went for an unfill a few weeks back and gained about 5 pounds. I also hired a trainer and he is kicking my butt. So far I have lost the 5 pounds I gained plus another pound. To date I am at 173. I am really okay with this because I was so tight and now I fell normal. Keep up the good work.

Thanks guys!! After only losing 5 pounds last month it really feels good to be losing again. I have added exercise and really started watching what I eat. My doctor told me that she felt like I was at a point where I would only lose about 5 pounds a month. I am soooooo not ready to be in the 5 pounds a month club.

Today's activity.........ran/walked 5k on the treadmill, & 30 minutes on the stationary bike.

Five pounds a month isn't bad. It's where I'm at. But mind you I'm more than a year out of surgery, so w00t I'm still losing.

It's the 0 pounds a month club that scares me.

I'de like to join you guys. I was exercising last year, 6 days a week. But, to make a long story short, I got hurt, had surgery, and was flat on my back for awhile. I'm now 6 months past my surgery (the accident surgery - knee surgery), so in the past few weeks I've been exercising. Not as hard as I want, but I'm working up to it. I'm ready to get back on the loser train again.

Here are my stats or goals I would like to do. I am going on vacation in 84 days - but whose counting, so I would like to lose 20 by then.

After I posted that, I noticed the challenge ends this month, so no way to lose 20 pounds by then.....so, I am changing it to 5.3.

I know 1 pound isn't a lot but I am really excited about it because I have been plateauing for about a month now. Hopefully now that I am exercising, the weight will continue to come off.

Update!!!! :huh2:

Well the exercising must have finally kicked in.The weight I gained plus some came off this morning.I got on that scale 6 times to make sure the same number came up!!

I hadnt been to the gym in two days.But last night I pushed the lawnmower cutting the grass!! And I dont have a small yard.
