Does anyone know if Unity Health Insurance in southern Wisconsin covers lap band proceedures?

I've never heard of this insurance but I looked up their website to see if I could help you by finding their medical policy. Which plan do you have? HMO, PPO, POS, etc ?

It is the HMO plan through my wife's work. Ironically, she works at the Hospital I would have the proceedure done at. I need to dig into the policy more.
