Well I'm going down, but it's slow going. I think losing 8.8 pounds in the next week is problably impossible. LOL Oh, well onward and down.

I squeeked out one pound since last week. Sort of in a stall ( again). Doing my usual day of liquids (today) when that happens. Fill next week, still can't get the fill right, yet.

My original challenge goal was 184 and I changed it to 182 midstream, since end of challenge is before my fill, not sure I will make revised goal, but overall scale continues to go in the right direction.

Can't tell you what happened this week but I am down 6lbs and I only had my fill yesterday. I can't figure this band out. Up and down like a yo-yo. But no complaints here.

Slowly moving...I'll probably miss 2 days of exercise....having an ingrown toenail removed for the second time. Hopefully that won't

stall me.

I work extremely hard this week to make sure I lost weight or at lease not gain anything. My fear is that I am going to gain since I have no restriction. My next fill is not until March 26.

Well this little NN piggy is too scared to weigh herself. I lost 4 lbs on this challenge and something clicked and I've gone back to eating lots of rubbish so not sure if I've put any back on. Talk about self sabotage. I'm still exercising but I am able to eat normal amounts of food. I'm going for another fill on Wednesday and not sure if I should go crazy and ask for 1cc which will bring me up to 8cc in a 10cc band. Your thoughts would be much appreciated. :blushing: :thumbup:

I think 1cc is too much at this point. It's amazing what a difference .5ccs can make! You sure don't want to get overfilled and maybe end up having to have even more taken out due to swelling and/or irritation.

It sounds like some of your struggle is choosing the right foods. How about allowing yourself a guilt-free treat each day as a reward for sticking to better foods the rest of the day?

Well, I have been working my butt off since last week. At the gym, setting up for the 3D archery tourney today, then shooting the tourney today... I may not make it down 9 pounds in a week, but I am still happy with my loss. I had a fill on Wednesday... oooh. WOW! I am still VERY TIGHT!!! I have a sliming experience almost every time I eat something that is not Soup. I may just make my goal anyway! Who knows...

I have 8cc in my 10 cc band. With my last fill I told her I thought that I was pretty close to the sweet spot. It's so odd. My scales aren't necessarily going down, but my clothes sizes are. What's even odder is that I'm really not exercising like I should. I won't complain though.

      Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
      1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

      I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
