Need Help With Things that get Stuck or hard to digest

I just had a baked potato and I ate some of the skin. Seems like a big mistake. Anyone else have this problem with potato skins. I seems as if anything I eat now sits in my throat.

Any insight would help

You know I feel the same way when I eat something like you discribe with the potato. I am pretty sure lettuce and other things do that feeling to when I take my pills I feel like I am turning bingo numbers.

Yes, it happens to me too. I will have better luck w/ 3 fries if they are not skinned. Even fruit...no skin.

It really depends on how much of a fill you have. I have a pretty tight fill and I can eat potato skins and apples with skins on. I take the tiniest bite and chew it until there is nothing left to chew and it's just liquid.

Most of the time, it just feels like it's too much trouble.

There are a lot of threads on what foods are problem foods. It looks like they changed the top of the board where it said thread search. You can search back through old threads to find out about problem foods, but now I will have to figure out how to do that again.
