lulu5040 0 Posted June 10, 2009 If you have a store called smoothie King in your area, they sell a Protein Powder called Gladiator Protein. It comes in vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. I haven't tried strawberry yet, but the others are great. In fact the best shake I've made so far was this morning. I mixed 1 and 1/2 scoops powder with about 3/4 c milk and a fresh peach (no skin) in the magic bullet. I poured it over ice and it was yummy!

MaryBeths7 0 Posted June 18, 2009 hi all! i have been using nectar - chocolate truffle. i am also using Isopure vanilla with a tiny teaspoon of sugar free de caff general mills int'l cafe mocha with milk. super yummy (for Protein shakes). also i like the Unjury chicken Soup protein mix. u can also warm it up. it really doens't taste that bad. just don't smell it, as i found with most Protein Shakes i tried. good luck all!
hhobbsmichael 0 Posted June 19, 2009 My absolute favorite shake is a ready to drink that I found on bariatriceating.com. The brand is called "Oh Yeah!" and the Vanilla Creme is out of this world - especially when you add a few pumps of Divinci sugar free Coconut Syrup (also on bariatriceating.com). I have one of these for Breakfast and for lunch as well. 42 grams of Protein, 4 carbs, 200 calories.
