Weekly Food Discussion 3/10

I haven't gotten a fill yet. Could that be it? I don't think so. I am not able to eat that much. I have been PBing a lot lately, maybe I'm jsut eating too fast. We'll see, I have an appointment next Thursday.

B - 1 scrambled egg w/slice of cheese

L - 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce w/meat & small qty of peas and carrots

S - Atkins Royale shake

D - 1 scoop 100% whey blended in blender with ice, ff milk, sf chocolate Syrup, 1 spoonful reduced-fat Peanut Butter

Probably not finished. I'm full right now, but I will probably get hungry again.

So far today:

Calories - 749

Fat - 38 g

Carbs - 45 g

Protein - 69 g
