Rivieramaya05 0 Posted March 8, 2008 I found a doctor I really like but it's taken over a week for two of the people working there to call me back. One is the insuance person who I'm still waiting to talk to because she wasn't in the office the day I went for my consult. I understand that they are very busy but it makes me uncomfortable that I am a new patient and they don't return calls within 1-3 days. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

KikiVal315 4 Posted March 9, 2008 oh can could you imagine (God forbid) if you were to have a complication once banded? when i was looking for docs, two returned my calls about a month after i had left voicemails and emails and one didn't even call back! i woudn't give the ones who called later on a second chance.
