First Fill

I just had my first fill. 6cc in a 14cc band. I am unsure what "restriction" should feel like and am not sure if I am filled too much or not enough.More concerned that I may not ever be able to figure that very important piece out. I am actually just now eating Breakfast and think I am experiencing signs of restriction.Sort of a big "air bubble" and discomfort. I ate a scrambled egg and piece of bacon.I usually eat slow but may have taken this too quickly. I would really appreciate any and all comments from some of you more "mature" lapbanders. Thanks.

the first assumption is that you always start with things you can do at home. So you eat slower, you eat something different maybe your band isn't ready for that. I wasn't aloud to eat solids for three days after my fill so that if my stomach was irriated.
