1st Fill blood

I had my first fill yesterday. I ate some soup(i think a little too much) and i felt the ball in my chest then the sliming came then I threw up once, then the second time there was about a teaspoon of blood. Has this happend to anyone else and what was the cause for you?

PS i did call my doc and he said i probably tore a little from the first time but not to worry unless it happend again.

I have never heard of this happening. As long as you contacted your doc and he does not seem too concerned, then I guess you are ok. However, if it persists, then I would call the doc again and insisit on being seen.

Call your doc. There shouldn't be any blood at all. the band is on the outside of your stomach and shouldn't pinch or cut through. Do you have or have a history of ulcers?

That happened to me only one time in 21 months. I didn't call my doctor because I pretty much thought it was due to strain. It hasn't happened again.
