LadyBugRed 2 Posted March 9, 2008 Oh my...We had bad storms today in North New Jersey and the large pine tree in our yard fell on my hubby's truck, my son's car and my company car. It is amazing who showed up from the fire department, EMS and the Mayor. What a tole it takes on you....

LadyBugRed 2 Posted March 9, 2008 All of our friends and family came today and cleaned up the mess. Hopefully the insurance company will pay us quickly. To get out and destress I actually did my 6 mile mountain trek today. It actually helped me work out some anger!!

It sounds like you have an awesome group of family and friends. Well, one small benefit of this mishap is that between the cleanup and your trek, I'll bet you burned some serious calories today :smile2:! I did a one hour hike today. Have a great night everybody! lessnless 1 Posted March 10, 2008 OK, I'm in... I'm still hooked on the treadmill. I'm up to 40 minutes/3.1 miles. I walk 2 minutes at 3.8 mph, then run 3 minutes at 5.0mph. I can now push my jogging speed to 6.0 mph--heck, I sprinted the last quarter-mile at 7.0 mph last week--but it makes my diaphram/band area sore INSIDE my ribcage. I think it's a combination of the underwire and the weight of the Double D's pressing down.:eek: I'm built for style, not speed, baybeeeee!:sneaky:
whosyadaddy 0 Posted March 10, 2008 wow lessness you make my treadmill work sound wimpy. i got 5 min at 3.8 walk to warm up and then 5.0- 5.6mph tops. and im collapsing after 45 mins of that. My port also hurts if i go to fast for too long. But no doube Dee's bouncing on them. just man moobs.
