dishdiva 5 Posted September 26, 2003 I don't know where you are in Maryland, Sparkle, but if you have Whole Foods market, they have lots of good soy Protein drink mixes. They're in the section with the Vitamins and supplements. Good luck. Elizabeth
GingerRenayd2 0 Posted September 27, 2003 I guess different doctors do different stuff but here is my journal http://journals.aol.com/secretshopginger/LapBandJournal/ I have what diet they told me today. There was nothing about carb restrictions just less sugar. GOOD LUCK

Yes, it was suggested to me by my doctor, but I wanted more Protein per serving so I bought the whey protein mix from GNC and have two unopened boxes of Carnation Breakfast! Guest hunyb0821 Posted October 3, 2003 I found a great Protein Shake from VHT called Extreme smoothie. It's premade and can be purchased on line. I buy mine from the Vitamin Shoppe. It takes like a shake. I have only tried the chocolate flavor. It has 170 calories per serving and 35 grams of Protein with 6 grams of carbs. I highly recommend it.
