nurse97 0 Posted February 25, 2008 Hi I live in Uvalde. I had my surgery in S.A. with Dr. Pilcher with New Dimensions/Health for Life Center on Jan. 15th. I am 6 wks. post-op. Your going to do great! Can't believe how well it has gone already. I have had 2 fills, not painful at all, just a little soreness for a day or so. I just started on solid food this week. My Dr. is strict on full liquids, or as he says if it will go thru a straw. I got hungrier by the end. But also lost weight really well. So good luck! Let me know if you have any questions. Bunny 0 Posted February 25, 2008 Hey, Ya'll from Dallas! I was banded in Sept '07 and I can tell you that this is the best thing I could have ever done for myself. This path has not really been that difficult for me...grateful! I will say the hardest part is chewing 50 million times and eating s...l...o...w...l...y. It remains a struggle. Sometimes, I create trouble for myself by eating too quickly. I just want to say that you will do well if you use your tool properly. Stay on this board for support.
