SusieQ1964 0 Posted February 25, 2008 Hi, I wanted to encourage everyone that we can do this. Last night was hard put I don't have much to eat in my house which helps. I had a real struggle in my mind if I should have another Protein Shake.< /span> I won the struggle and went to bed and I am down 2 more lbs today. We can win this struggle, I realize I can't even have my surgery until I lose my 30lbs. My Dr. only will do the surgery every other Tues. and he only does 2 people. I weigh in on Wed. I don't have Insurance so I have paid for everything. I know that it is worth it! One Minute at a time and we will make it. God Speed Susie
trudy69 0 Posted February 25, 2008 I'm going through the process and am looking forward to having a date. I think when I have a solid date I will be elated!! I have had a weight problem ever since having my children also. It was a good excuse when they were little but now that they are 15 and 20 and my weight kept on climbing and climbing (right now 341) I have no one to blame but me. I wish you the best of luck and hope to keep up with all the others starting with this journey right now!
