Hey everyone,

I had my first fill about a week ago. I still cannot eat solids and mushy food is also a challenge. I find myself having the "sliming" experience too. Is this normal? How long until my band loosens just a little? I am happy with the weight loss but I am yearning to be able to eat some solid food again. Any input, would be greatly appreciated.
