Does anyone know how many calaries are in these foods?

I have the "Biggest Loser Complete Calorie Counter". It's great and even includes restaurants. Here are the things that you listed:

banana - (1 large), 121 calories, 1 gram of Protein, 0 grams of fat

strawberry - (1 large), 6 calories, 0 Protein, 0 fat

Cucumber - (1- 8" cucumber), 45 calories, 2 grams of protein, 0 fat

Tomato - (1 med. red tomato), 35 calories, 1 gram of protein, 1 gram of fat

If you'll post your food when you eat it on something like FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal or Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate, it will automatically count your calories, Protein grams, fats, etc. Keeps you honest with yourself and teaches you food values. Even after two years I use it every day. If it goes in my mouth it goes on fitday!

I use sparkpeople.com, It is free and you can track your food and choose what you want to track (protein, fat, carbs, etc). You can also set goals and put in your exercise. It's great!
