Restricted or not restricted ?

no, not necessarily-getting stuck is usually due to taking too big of bites and not chewing-restriction is different for everyone-for me it is eating a very small meal, usually 1/2 c to 1 c of food max- I usually can only eat a few bites of meat before I get the feeling of "if I eat one more bite, it might not stay down" so I usually cater my diet towards knowing how much I can handle-restriction should control your hunger-if you are hungry then you do not have restriction. You should be satisified for at least 4 hours after eating.. at least that is the goal.

It's natural you feel more restriction if you recently had a new fill, but that sort of sensation you mention seems more that you ate too fast, a too big bite and didn't chew quite well before you swallowed it. With time and patience you'll get to learn the difference. Always remember to chew and chew and chew some more, take your time. Your brain takes something like 20 minutes to get the message from your stomach that you're «satisfied» (not full).

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
