I am new to this board and I am heartened to see so many success stories. I am in the process and hope to have a date soon. I live just outside of Boston and will be going to the Brigham and Women's Hospital. If anyone has advice I am open. I easpecially am interested in those who have diabetes too.

Hi,

I had diabetes but was diet controlled. I was banded on 12-11-07 and am doing great. My sugars are much better. I don't take any medicine.
