Berry 0 Posted February 18, 2008 I was banded March 07. I've only lost 10 lbs. I feel like such a failure. I eat around my band and I always have that head hunger. I eat just to eat. It's so frustrating. I think my band is working, I just don't get full very quickly. I know if I have another fill I won't be able to eat anything. I'm really at a loss. How do I get back on track? I don't count calories or exercise. I'm having a hard time getting back into it. I don't know where to start. Does anyone go to Weight Watchers, would that help?? Marimaru 7 Posted February 19, 2008 For me, I gained some weight after my wedding in June. I think I just kind of let go all together. Anyway, one day I just decided I'd had enough, and opened up my fit day and started counting calories. I figured it was as good a place to start as any.
