Berry 0 Posted February 18, 2008 I was banded March 07. I've only lost 10 lbs. I feel like such a failure. I eat around my band and I always have that head hunger. I eat just to eat. It's so frustrating. I think my band is working, I just don't get full very quickly. I know if I have another fill I won't be able to eat anything. I'm really at a loss. How do I get back on track? I don't count calories or exercise. I'm having a hard time getting back into it. I don't know where to start. Does anyone go to Weight Watchers, would that help?? HELP!!! shortgal 5 Posted February 18, 2008 I'm not sure how you know another fill will mean you can't eat anything. A fill can be as little as .2cc to be helpful. And if you're not going to count calories or track Protein intake and eat around your band, then SORRY, but what kind of results do you expect? Yes, weight watchers would be a very good start, but you'll have to track your points (which is just like tracking calories) so you'll still have work to do. I think when you are REALLY sick of not losing and tired of being overweight, you'll get serious. Weight watchers could be just the jump start you need.
