Thanks, I started Clear liquids today...dayuum it's hard. I have a headache I cant seem to shake.

I can see right now, sugar free fudge pops will be my buddy!

Sorry to disappoint you but fudge pops are not clear liquids....I get my band 2/26 and I was told to start low carb dieting (60 grams) now and clear liquid only the day before surgery... I guess each surgeon has their own rules.

Thanks guys and gals, man Clear Liquids are tough. I cheated a little today with a broiled chicken breast. Is there any way to slow the diarreah down?

My surgery is the 21st, I have to work the Monday and Tuesday prior, I am constantly in the bathroom.
