Butterfly0722 0 Posted February 28, 2008 You will have access to all the Managed Care network Physicians without having to select a Primary care physician. You will not need to obtain a referral to see a specialist. Your office visit copay is based on your plan $10 or $15 ( NJ Direct 10 or NJ direct 15.) Authorizations will still be required for some services Your plan allows out of network benefits-you can see any physician outside the Network, but will pay deductible and coinsurance. Travels out of state, you will be covered under the PPO Provider Network. hope this helps!
