Hazel-eyes 0 Posted February 15, 2008 I would like to buy a really good scale that will be very accurate in telling me my weight as I go through my lap band journey. The scale I have now does not match my doctor's scale and that really bothers me. I would like to be able to accurately track my weight loss. Anyone have a suggestion and I would also like to know where you bought it. Thank you!
miztrniceguy 1 Posted February 15, 2008 we use a dr office style balance beam scale. don't know where my wife got it. it never matches what the dr's office does, as meals, clothing etc make a difference. i weigh first thing in the morning with no clothes on. same time every time. if i forget, and i eat, then i wait til next day. i dont always weigh every day. i dont pay any attention to scale at dr office. i weighed morning of surgery, and that is what i use to track my loss. make33 2 Posted February 15, 2008 I bought a Taylor digital scale from Walmart (about $35.00), which measures in 1/10s too and it has been extremely accurate!! I trust this scale implicitly...
