Ellisa 6 Posted February 12, 2008 A few years ago I used to buy a product on-line called Carbquik. It's a low carb version of Bisquick type mix. It's made from flour but sort of like Splenda, they left out the bad stuff. Anyway, I'm thinking about ordering it again, but wanted to know if anyone has used it since being banded and if it causes the same "sticking" issues. Here's a link if anyone is interested.
