DavidB 0 Posted February 11, 2008 chicken goes down hard for me and I'm getting kinda tired of tuna. I'd like to stick with the high Protein low carb diet and I usually have a couple Protein Shakes a day. I'm just not creative in in the food fixin dept (but use to be good at eating what was put in front of me!) My wife does the cooking for her and the kids so I'm on my own. Any creative suggestions? neveragain 9 Posted February 14, 2008 I'm a lot like you, David. I'm a big fan of the high Protein, low-carb diet. Ignoring the fact that I'm a pre-med student and my dad is a doctor, I learned from reading a medical journal and talking to my dad that that diet is BY FAR the healthiest diet. How do you think they tell the diabetics and heart disease patients to eat? Aaaaaaaaaanyway, I would stick with what you're doing. Stay away from high carb stuff and just do what you can. Seriously, you can't always be perfect, but do your best.

DavidB 0 Posted February 19, 2008 Hey Guys, thanks for taking the time. How about Peanut Butter? I bought some Reduced Fat but it still more sugar than I would like. Someone told me if I go for the "Natural" stuff they have less sugar and more Protein but I haven't check it out. Dave
