Breakfast 02-08-08- Post it please!

1/3 cup cottage cheese and 4 sections of grapefruit peeled along with two cups of coffee. Instead of milk I put vanilla low carb slim fast in my coffee. I get a little extra protien and it tastes good.

I also like the Quaker Weight Control oatmeal. It has Protein already in it. I add half a scoop of unflavored Protein powder to it. It stays with me until lunch.

I eat eggs on the weekends.
