RedTulips3 0 Posted February 8, 2008 I have DDR at home and I love it! I have the soft pads, which I like better than the hard mats they have in the arcades. I haven't done it since being banded, but I got a good work-out with it pre-band. Once I got more experienced, I could do harder songs and I could get my heart rate up higher.
