Oh my.... it is very long and very medical but VERY informative about what is going to happen inside you on surgery day! Good post!!! However, I think some who are overly nervous already, don't watch it until AFTER your date.

Way to much information for me. I am so glad there are people in the world who can stomach HA this stuff. Thanks for the post, however, the nice drawing of the surgery were enough for me. I never did watch a live birth experience in Lamaze, I was afraid I'd change my mind. YUCK.

I am still in the process of seeing allthe consults - the cardiologist this week

I would have liked to have seen it, but, I don't have real player, and didn't want to give them my credit card numbers. Actually, maybe it is best I didn't see it

Wow, I love all the yucky stuff, and sat for 30 min seeing all the interviews, the pre-op, post-op and ole Roberta's before and afters. She did great! Awesome site, thanks!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
