6 months anniversary :)

Today Feb 1 2008 is my 6 months anniversary and i hit 58lbs lost this morning, there is no way i could of done this without the band (I love my band).

My husband did give up pepsi, going to the gym everyday he lost 12lbs so far in one month, im so proud of him.

I might get him to take a picture today before i have to go to work.

It is so nice that hubby is right there with you and wants to be as healthy as he can be too.

Congratulations on your success and your 6 month bandiversary (as I like to call it). Keep up the good work. Nice job getting your husband in on the act too. When the success is shared, there is less resistance and resentment and you can Celebrate your improved health together. Good for you two!
