I AM HOOKED!!! I have been using it for a month now! Love it!!! It is perfect...I have the internet on my phone...I even use it right from my phone to log food....you can find anything and everything on there...it also take the paper out of the journaling...which works great for me in the technology driven world we live in!!!

TDP is great but I can't stand that they introduced a Gold membership, that totally sucks. So I have started using fatsecret (Unlocking the secrets of Diet and Weight Loss - fatsecret) to log my food and exercise which is totally free too and has a really supportive community.
