Ann D 0 Posted January 28, 2008 I just bought it the other day. My doctor told me to walk 30 minutes a day, but with the weather being cold, I really could not walk anywhere without driving long distances, and iwth road construction it is almost imposible until the weather gets warmer. So I bought the Rock & Roll Stepper. Does anyone else own this? I have been on it twice and have noticed that it really works my legs and butt. I'm very happy about it. I do it while watching TV. I'll keep you all posted on how it goes. I'd like to hear from others who have it.
travelgirl 3 Posted January 28, 2008 Now, THAT looks like something I could fall off of! LOL! I just looked a a picture, I guess I'd have to see it in motion before I would want to try it out myself.
Ann D 0 Posted January 28, 2008 It's really not bad I thought I would have a balance problem on it too like the traditional stepper I had; but actually that is not the case. I got on it and started moving right away. It was actually fun, and it's suppose to work your core and improve balance. here is a website: Tony Little - Detail
travelgirl 3 Posted January 28, 2008 That's the website I looked at. Still looks scary, but tonight after I get home, I'll pull up a video and watch how it works. Maybe it'll look less scary!

LiseGe 0 Posted March 5, 2008 I bought Tony Little's rock and roll stepper and I like it alot, although it tends to "walk" all over the floor. Once I started using it, I found that there are similar products out there, that are also alot less expensive. Here is a list of the lateral steppers I have found; V-Fit Balance Pro Lateral Stepper (29 british pounds) rock n roll stepper (I paid $79.95 plus s&h) Cory Everson Bilateral Stepper Cory Everson Bilateral Balance Stepper ($59) IBSlender Aerobic Stepper (this one is red) Swaba Stepper Body Slender ($34) They all look identical except logos and color. I would recommend shopping around.
desperatetolose 0 Posted March 8, 2008 I'm about to buy the V-Fit one and give it a go. But what exercises do you do on it? Or is it pretty obvious? Ta x
